| 摘 要： | 目的观察预先输注右美托嘧啶能否抑制芬太尼引起的呛咳。方法 60例患者被随机分为右美托嘧啶组和安慰剂组,每组30例。右美托嘧啶组患者输注右美托嘧啶;安慰剂组输注生理盐水。在给予负荷剂量的药物后,静脉给予芬太尼。结果双盲观察记录注射芬太尼后2分钟内患者出现呛咳,并评价呛咳的程度。右美托嘧啶组患者呛咳的发生率明显低于安慰剂组（23.3%对56.7%,P〈0.01）,患者发生呛咳的程度也低于安慰剂组。结论预先输注右美托嘧啶（1ug/kg）能够有效抑制芬太尼引起的呛咳。
