| 摘 要： | 目的分析医疗保险病人住院费用的构成比例,为控制医疗费用的不合理增长,提高卫生资源的利用率提供有效依据。方法对2005年-2009年出院的17,838例医保病人进行医疗费用构成分析,对比自费与医保病人的费用结构,以及不同因素对医保患者费用结构的影响。结果药品费占医保病人住院总费用的比例最大,其次是材料费。结论控制药品费,加强药品使用环节的监管;适当提高技术性收费标准;实施单病种付费,加强制约机制。
