| 摘 要： | 目的为临床及时发现、诊断、治疗利福平所致急性肾功能衰竭提供参考。方法对我院利福平致急性肾功能衰竭1例及国内已经报道的临床资料进行综合分析。结果综合我院1例利福平致急性肾功能衰竭及文献报道共44例患者的一般资料、给药方法、发生时间、处理及结果,其中32例既往有使用利福平史,在服药后15分钟至50天发病,积极治疗后可缓解。结论在使用利福平的过程中应密切监测肾功能,及时发现利福平所致的急性肾功能衰竭。
