| 摘 要： | 本文概述了人力资源管理信息化建设过程,分析我院当前人力资源信息化建设现状及存在的问题,提出医院应加强人力资源信息化进程,充分理解人力资源管理信息系统的本质,有效控制变更管理,成为实施人力资源管理信息化过程中的一项重要措施。提高系统的使用水平和运行效益,阐述人力资源管理信息化建设对促进医院管理的重要作用。
