Application of Scientific Development Theory in Medical Record Management

Objective To discuss the innovation idea of scientific development using in medical record management;to increase the service level of medical record management.Methods To integrate scientific development theory into management from service mode transformation,idea of human-oriented implementation,work process optimization,reasonable disposition of management staff,information technology application and comprehensive quality of management staff improvement.Results It shows that human-oriented service idea,high efficiency operation system and overall consideration method are effective which improve service quality of medical record quality management.Conclusion Medical record management needs newer idea,overall consideration,and continual improvement in order to achieve harmonious development goal of medical record management.
