| 摘 要： | 目的确立病案在医院等级评审工作中的重要性。方法通过在等级医院评审及准备过程中,对照等级医院评审标准中准入指标、评价指标,对检查内容涉及到病历的各种指标进行系统的分析、总结。结果病历的不同阶段显现的信息可以从不同方位反映医院的各种管理、诊疗、服务水平。结论病案质量在医院等级评审中有着无法替代的、标志性的、特征性作用。医院要抓好病历在运行过程中的环节管理,提高医院的综合竞争力。
