| 摘 要： | 目的探索综合指数和秩和比法在评价护理质量中的应用,为医院管理部门制订决策提供科学的依据。方法选取8项护理统计指标应用综合指数和秩和比法进行综合评价。结果护理质量的综合评价排名依次为外科、内科、妇产科、肿瘤科等,儿科排名最后。结论综合指数和秩和比法简单易行、准确实用,可为护理管理部门制定管理对策提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate nursing work comprehensively by using composiZte index and RSR.Provide the scientific evidence for the hospital administrators to take countermeasures.Methods 8 nursing statistics indexes were selected to evaluate nursing work comprehensively.Results Evaluation ranking of nursing care quality were surgery,internal medicine,gynecology and obstetrics.Pediatrics ranked the last.Conclusion Being easiness and simplicity,composite index and RSR method can provide the scientific evidence for ... |
