| 摘 要： | 目的了解恶性肿瘤住院患者疾病构成,为进一步进行大规模的流行病学调查提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2002年-2009年42 808例住院恶性肿瘤患者的性别、年龄、族别、病种分布。结果恶性肿瘤患者住院例数基本呈现逐年增加的趋势;恶性肿瘤发病高峰年龄58～60岁,男女比例为1.61∶1,少数民族患者的病种分布和汉族有明显差异。结论恶性肿瘤住院人数呈逐年上升的趋势,不同民族的病种分布不同。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of cancer patients,and provide a theoretical basis for surveys on epidemiology.Methods To analize retrospectively the distribution of cancer in-patients＇ sex,age,nations and disease.Results The number of cancer patients was increasing year by year,the peak incidence age is 58-60,the proportion of man and women is 1.61∶1,and different nations have different distribution of disease.Conclusion The number of cancer patients is increasing year by year,and different nations have different distribution of disease. |
