| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电子病案实时监控系统的应用效果。方法运用电子病案实时监控系统对住院电子病案进行在线实时监控。结果我院自使用电子病案实时监控系统以来,在保障病历书写质量以及提高医疗质量上取得了良好的成效。结论电子病案实时监控系统的建立是有效和必要的,医院应采取有效的病案质量实时监控管理措施,为逐步过渡到全部网上实时监控打下良好的基础。
