目的探索门诊量变化的趋势及规律。方法将2000年-2009年门诊量变化情况,采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法,分析门诊量年度、季度、月变化规律和特点。结果门诊量呈逐年上涨趋势,并且门诊量变化有明显的季节波动性,周期性和反复性。结论医院管理部门应根据医院门诊量变化的规律及特点合理配置人员,提高门诊服务质量。

Analysis on Change Trend of Outpatient Number from 2000 to 2009
