| 摘 要： | 目的为医院的病案管理提供参考,提高病案质量,提高医院的社会形象和经济效益,更好地为病人服务。方法对病案管理的重要性进行讨论,分析存在的问题,提出相应的对策。结果精神科病案管理存在一定的低级问题和一定的管理难度。结论医院应当重视病案管理。

| Abstract: | Objective to offer references to hospital medical records management;to improve medical records quality and social image and economic benefit which provide better service for patients.Methods discussion on importance of medical records management,the existing problems analysis and relevant countermeasures proposition.Results the medical records management of psychiatric exits certain imperfect problems and management difficulty.Conclusion the hospital should take importance of medical records management. |
