| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆市万州区（三峡移民库区）2009年的常见病、多发病的患病情况,掌握本地区住院病人疾病年龄构成、疾病谱构成的规律和特点。方法收集2009年全区二级以上综合医院住院病人64,248人次病案首页资料,采用ICD-10进行疾病分类。结果疾病分类系统前三位以消化、呼吸、循环系统疾病为主,累计发病占全年疾病的45.80%;单病种前三位是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、支气管炎肺气肿,前十位累计占全年疾病的31.12%;单病种死因顺位前五位分别是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、支气管炎肺气肿、缺血性心脏病、颅内损伤,累计死亡率54.89%。结论疾病控制的重点以消化、呼吸、循环系统为主;恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病及慢性支气管炎、肺气肿和损伤中毒疾病对人类健康威胁较大。
