| 摘 要： | 针对病案复印中流程上存在不畅、服务被动等问题,探讨解决问题的对策;提出通过严格执行规范的工作流程、及时做好病案归档工作、认真总结工作经验、加强病案管理人员的服务意识,变被动为主动等办法,树立良好形象,为患者提供了方便。
