| 摘 要： | 电子病案是临床信息化的需要,但由于电子病案没有立法,电子病案不能成为法律的证据,不能从根本上替代纸质病案,使电子病案的广泛应用受到阻碍。笔者认为建立一个具有一定公信度的CA（电子病案的第三方认证系统）平台,将是电子病案立法的关键。

| Abstract: | The electronic medical record meet the needs of clinical informationization.But it has not legislated and can not served as legal evidence and replace paper medical records fundamentally.Therefore the widespread application of the electronic medical record received hindrance.To establish a public trust CA platform(electronic medical record third party authentication system),will be the key to electronic medical records legislation. |
