| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者的护理。方法对50例系统性红斑狼疮患者临床观察与护理进行分析。结果 50例系统性红斑狼疮患者病情相对较为稳定,其中45例患者出现发热,40例患者出现面部蝶形红斑,15例患者出现关节疼痛,3例出现血小板减少,11例肾脏损伤,经过入院后的中西结合治疗及针对性护理,全部病例均明显好转,趋于缓解期而出院。并能保持良好的复诊依从性。结论做好系统性红斑狼疮的护理,能够提高患者对该病的认知能力,对提高护理质量,降低并发症,促进患者康复非常重要。
