| 摘 要： | 目的总结人工关节置换手术的分类原则;方法结合编码工作的实践,将这类问题进行分析、归纳。结果上肢关节置换术分类在81这一类目的不同亚目,其修复术分类于81.97;下肢关节置换与修复术根据不同部位及修复的特指成分,分类在不同类目与细目。结论人工关节置换的手术分类要首先明确关节置换的部位和类型、其次应明确是首次置换还是关节翻修,然后再查找相应编码。
