| 摘 要： | 目的比较PBL与LBL教学在手术室临床护理教学中应用。方法 124名本科护生随机分成2组,每组62人,分别采用PBL和LBL两种模式带教,实施理论和实践出科考试,进行问卷调查和教学效果比较。结果 2组学生的出科理论考试合格人数无明显差异,PBL教学学生出科实践考试合格人数高于LBL教学,存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。学生对PBL教学法满意人数高于LBL教学法,存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论 PBL提高了学生学习的积极性和自学能力,提升了学生的实践工作能力,培养了学生的团队精神。
