| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在医学本科教学中实施青年指导教师制的可行性和必要性。方法以医院青年教师会为依托、以临床阶段学习的首都医科大学本科生为主体,采用青年指导教师的形式,在保证学生学好理论课程的同时,利用课余时间培养学生的临床实践和科研能力。结果采用这一措施提升了医院青年教师的教学水平和科研团队实力,又加强了学生的临床实践和科研能力。青年教师和本科生共同完成医学专业论文6篇,已发表3篇。结论在医学本科教学中实施青年指导教师制有利于教学相长,促进教学改革,提高教学水平。
