| 摘 要： | 目的对某院近4年损伤与中毒外部原因进行回顾性统计分析,了解其流行特征,探讨损伤与中毒的预防控制方向。方法以ICD-10疾病分类编码为标准,筛查宁夏某三甲医院2006年-2009年住院损伤与中毒病人病案首页,确定研究对象7374例,统计相关数据,描述其流行病学特征。结果损伤与中毒外部原因构成居前3位的依次为运输事故、意外损伤、加害。男女性别比2.94∶1。15岁~44岁组损伤与中毒病例人数最多,占总病例数的59.54%。农民、工人、学生和学龄前儿童所占的比例较高。损伤与中毒病例时间分布集中在5月-9月份。结论损伤与中毒严重危害人类健康,加重社会负担与家庭损失,医院及相关部门应加强对这类疾病的预防与控制。
