| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中细胞角蛋白 19(CK19)和Ki6 7的表达及其在病理诊断中的价值。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测 5 4例甲状腺病变中单克隆抗体CK19、Ki6 7的表达。结果 CK19在19例甲状腺乳头状癌中全部表达 ,且多为强阳性表达 ;而在良性病变中 ,表达率为 5 2 94 % ,且无 1例强阳性表达。Ki6 7在甲状腺癌中的表达率为 5 7 14 % ,在良性病变中的表达率为 16 6 7%。结论 CK19和Ki6 7阳性表达对甲状腺癌 ,特别是乳头状癌具有辅助诊断作用

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of cytokeratin 19 and Ki67 in papillary thyroid carcinomas and evaluate its diagnostic utility. Methods Expression or cytokeratin 19 and Ki67 in fifty-four cases of thyroid lesions were studied by means of immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The expression of CK19 in all of nineteen cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma were positive. But 52.94% positive staining was observed in benign lesions of thryoid. And the positive rate is 57.1% and 16.67% in thyroid carcinoma and benign lesions of thyroid for Ki67,respectively. Conclusion Expression of CK19 and Ki67 may be not only helpful in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma, especially for the papillary thyroid carcinoma. |
