艾洛松乳膏治疗外耳湿疹96例疗效分析

目的 :研究观察艾洛松乳膏治疗外耳湿疹的治疗效果。方法 ,随机选择外耳湿疹 96例 (治疗组 )采用艾洛松乳膏局部外用 ,每天一次 ,连用一周。另随机选择同种病例 2 4例作为对照组 ,局部涂擦皮康王软膏 ,每天三次 ,连用一周。结果 :两组治疗中 ,治疗组 96例 ,显效 5 3例 ,有效 41例 ,无效 2例 ,有效率 97.9%。对照组 2 4例中 ,显效 8例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 6例 ,有效率 75 .0 %。两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :艾洛松乳膏治疗外耳湿疹效果明显 ,复发率低。

An Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Eloson Cremor on 96 Cases of External Ear Eczema

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of eloson cremor on external ear eczema. Methods: Ninety-six patients with external ear eczema were selected into treatment group randomly and treated with eloson cremor, qd for a week; another 24 patients with the same disease treated with compound ketoconazole cremor, tid for a week, were taken as control group. Results: In the treatment group, significant effect was observed in 53 cases, normal effect in 41 and ineffectiveness in 2, the total effective rate was 97.9%. In control group, significant effect was observed in 8 cases, moderate effect in 10 and ineffectiveness in 6, the total effective rate was 75%. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: The above results indicate that eloson cremor might have remarkable effect on external ear eczema with low recurrence rate.
