| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经皮穿针外固定在治疗股骨颈骨折中的可行性.方法 回顾性分析自2005年7月至2007年3月,采用穿针外固定治疗股骨颈骨折15例.结果 本组15例患者,6～8个月达到骨性愈合,未发生断针、退针、骨不愈合现象,髋关节功能恢复良好.结论 经皮穿针外固定治疗股骨颈骨折是一种操作简单、创伤小、固定可靠的一种行之有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the feasibility of percutaneous pinning for treatment of fracture of neck of femur. Methods Retrospective research was carried out on 15 patients with their femurs treated with percutaneous pinning. Results In 15 patients of this research, all fractures were healed in 6 - 8 months, without pin breakage or withdrawal, disunion, and the joint functions were in good recovery. Conclusion Percutaneous pinning is an effective treatment for racture of neck of femur with simple operation, less trauma and sturdy fixation. |
