湿性敷料在脓肿切开引流术后伤口护理中的疗效观察

目的观察湿性敷料在脓肿切开引流术后伤口护理中的疗效. 方法将40例脓肿切开引流术后患者,按照伤口基本条件相当的原则分为观察组和对照组,观察组在伤口脓性分泌物多时使用优赛填充伤口,待伤口渗出较少时改用清得佳凝胶填充伤口,安舒妥薄膜或安普贴封闭固定;对照组使用普通敷料换药,直至伤口愈合;对两组伤口愈合时间及换药次数进行比较. 结果观察组伤口愈合时间和换药次数少于对照组,两组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05). 结论使用湿性敷料换药可缩短脓肿切开引流术后伤口的愈合时间,效果优于普通敷料.

Effect of Moist Dressing on Wound Care after Abscess Incision

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the moist dressing on wound care after abscess incision. METHODS Forty patients with abscess incision were divided into two groups by their assessment result of wound. In the study group, the wounds were filled with URGOsorb when they had more ooze, the IntraSite Gel was applied when the wounds had less ooze. And then the wounds were covered with Opsite or hydrocolloid dressing outside. In the control group, the wounds were covered with ordinary dressing. Healing time and the time of dressing change were compared in the two groups. RESULTS In the study group the wound healing time and the time of dressing change were less than that of the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The wound healing time of abscess incision was shorten by using the moist dressing. Using the moist dressing is more effective in the wound care abscess incision.
