改进三切口方法治疗782例食管癌的围术期护理体会

目的：总结我院改进三切口手术治疗782例食管癌患者的围术期护理体会。方法：重视术前心理护理，与患者及家属感情沟通，治疗上医护密切配和，术后严密监测呼吸循环系统的情况，加强呼吸道管理及提高术后患者合并症、并发症的护理水平。结果：本组782例应用综合性全方位的护理措施降低了手术的风险性和减少并发症的发生。无1例围术期死亡。结论：加强和提高食管癌围手术期的护理，可使患者的颈、胸、腹三切口巨大创伤顺利康复，患者的生活质量得到保障。

Probe into the comfortable care in patients with thoracic closed drainage

Objective ：To gather the clinical perioperative care experience in resection of 782 cases with esophageal cancer in our surgery by the improved three - incision. Methods： We had stressed preoperative psychological nursing brought about the feeling of the suffers and theirs family, cooporated closely with the surgeon, monitored keeply respiratory and circulation postoperatively,strengthened the management of the respiratory tract and enhanced the nursing quality of the combining disease and the complication postoperatively, etc. Results ：There was no operation mortality in 782 cases,the complication rate was low, the life quality postoporatively was good. Conclusion ：We cousidered that was the general safeguard to the patients recovery smoothly in the esophageal surgery in imporoving three -incision approach, strengthening the pcrioporative care, perfecting synthelic nursing measure.
