胶原酶盘外溶核术中曲安奈德对糖尿病患者血糖影响的观察

目的观察胶原酶盘外溶核术中曲安奈德对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法将腰椎间盘突出症经骶裂孔硬膜囊前间隙和椎旁椎间孔行胶原酶盘外溶核术,单纯腰椎间盘突出症患者作为对照组(n=20)与合并糖尿病患者作为观察组(n=20),术中均注入曲安奈德,术前、术后24、48、72 h测定血糖值。结果两组患者组内比较术后24h血糖增高均有统计学意义 (P<0．01),术后48、72 h血糖与术前比较无统计学差异(P>0．05),两组间比较术后24、72 h差异有统计学意义(P<0．05),术后48h无统计学差异(P>0．05)。结论胶原酶盘外溶核术中糖尿病患者可以注入曲安奈德,但血糖必须控制在一定范围内。

Effects of triamcinolone acetonide on patients with diabetes during collagenase discolysis of extradisc

Objective To observe the effects of triamcinolone acetonide on blood sugar in patients with diabetes during collagenase discolysis of extradisc. Methods 40 patients with lumbar intervertebral herniation were treated with collagenase discolysis of extradisc through the anterior epidural space via hiatus sacralis and intervertebral foramen, and divided into controlled group (patients with lumbar intervertebral herniation n=20) and observed group (patients with diabetes n=20).Triamcinolone acetonide was given during operation, and blood sugar value was determined before operation and 24, 48, 72 h after operation. Results The blood sugar values of 24h after operation were significant higher than that of before operation (P<0.01).The values of 48 h or 72 h were no significant difference (P>0.05) in two groups. There were significant statistical difference (P<0.05) in 24 h and 72 h, but was no difference in 48 h (P>0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide could be injected during collagenase discolysis of extradisc, but blood sugar value should be measured and controlled.
