摘    要:目的 探讨大鼠角膜移植术后及移植排斥反应的眼表细胞象变化规律。方法 在SD大鼠与Wistar大鼠间建立角膜移植动物模型。分析临床观察、印迹细胞学检查、病理切片结果。结果 SD大鼠与Wistar大鼠间角膜移植组与自体角膜移植组角膜移植排斥反应指数(RV)值、印迹细胞学检查(IC)检测结果、病理切片均有显著性差异。结论 IC方法所得眼表细胞象可作为临床诊断和预防排斥反应发生的依据之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the transformation law of eye surface cytology after rat penetrating keratoplasty and rat penetrating keratoplasty rejection. Methods The SD rat to Wistar rat model of penetrating keratoplasty was used to investigate the clinical and pathological changes. The technology of IC was used to run cytology transformation following the operation. Results 1 Slip lamp observation showed autograft cornea turned up swelling and soupcon muddy 2 days after the operation. Swelling and soupcon muddy disappeared 7 days later. In the allograft group, rejective reaction appeared after 7 days. The cornea turned up permeative stroma swelling and muddy. Gradually, the freshmen blood vessel crossed the wound into the cornea,even to the full cornea. 2 IC cheek result displayed that in the allograft rats, the goblet cells extincted gradually and the epithelial cells endured morphologic destructions. , but they were not in the control eye. The goblet cells disappeared after 7 days. The cells looked bigger. 3 Pathologic section manifested that granulocytic cells, lymphocytes, monocytres, multinuclear, giant cells took part in the corneal graft rejection. Conclusion Technology of IC can be used as a reference marker of the clinical rejection.
