无吸烟史肺癌临床特点分析

目的探讨有无吸烟史肺癌患者的临床特点与近期疗效的差异。方法比较非吸烟肺癌(137例)及吸烟肺癌(321例)患者年龄、性别、病理类型、分期、治疗情况和近期疗效等方面的差异。结果无吸烟史肺癌患者女性占57.7%,≤45岁患者占19.7%,进展期肺癌占78.0%,病理类型以腺癌为主(60.6%)。吸烟肺癌患者女性占3.7%,≤45岁患者占10.6%,进展期肺癌占73.2%,病理类型以鳞癌为主(53.6%),既往有慢性支气管炎、肺结核比例高,两组比较有统计学差异。但两组患者近期疗效相似。结论吸烟和非吸烟者肺癌的临床特点存在差异,近期疗效相似。

Clinical Features of Lung Cancer Without Smoking History

Objective To investigate the clinical features and recent curative effect in lung cancer with or without smoking history. Methods The age, sex, pathological type, staging, treatment conditions and recent treatment effect in lung cancer with smoking history （321 cases）or without smoking history （137 cases） were compared. Results Female lung cancer patients without smoking history accounted for 57.7%, and the less than 45 year- old patients accounted for 19.7%, and advanced lung cancer accounted for 78.0%, and the main pathological type was （60.6%）. In Rung cancer with smoking, the female patients accounted for 3.7%, and the patients less than 45 years old accounted for 10.6%, and advanced lung cancer accounted for 73.2%, and the main pathological type was squamous cell carcinoma（53.6% ）, and lung cancer accounted for a higher proportion in those with the history of chronic bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis. There were significant differences in the above clinical features between the two groups. However, the recent curative effect was similar in the two groups. Conclu- sion Clinical features of lung cancer with or without smoking history are different, but their recent therapeutic effect is similar.
