微创针＋尿激酶治疗颅内血肿临床研究

目的探讨尿激酶治疗颅内血肿的疗效及手术时机。方法对120例各种颅内血肿行微创术，术中抽吸血肿，术后尿激酶灌洗治疗。结果创伤性颅内血肿45例，其中30例完全清除，12例大部分清除，3例改开颅血肿清除；治愈42例，死亡3例。自发性颅内血肿75例，其中45例完全清除，27例大部分清除，3例再出血；治愈63例，死亡12例。结论该治疗对患者创伤小，操作简单，手术时间短，费用低，选择好尿激酶的量和手术时机，其临床疗效良好。

Clinical research micro creates the needle Combined urokinase treatment encephalic haematoma clinical research

Objective To explore the efficacy and surgery opportunity of micro creates the needle combined with Urokinase in treatment of encephalic haematoma. Methods 120 cases with all kinds of encephalie haematoma were given minimally invasive operation. They were pumped the haematoma during the operation and given the urokinase syringe treatment after the operation. Results Of the 45 wound encephalic haematoma cases,30 cases were eliminated completely, 12 eliminated mostly and 3 turned to the skull haematoma elimination. 42 cases were cured and 3 died. Of the 75 spontaneous cases,the data were 45,27,3,63,12 respectively. Conclusion This kind of treatment has the advantages of small wound, simple operation, short surgery time and low cost. Its clinical efficacy is good if the urokinase quantity and surgery opportunity are chosen well.
