VIPC抢救程序对创伤性休克患者预后的影响作用研究

目的：研究VIPC抢救程序在创伤性休克患者临床急救护理中的应用价值。方法：按照随机分组法将32例创伤性休克患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各16例。对照组采用常规急救护理模式进行临床急救和护理干预,观察组采用VICP抢救程序进行护理干预,比较两组急救效果。结果：观察组患者PaO2、CVP明显高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,相关并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用VIPC抢救程序对于创伤性休克患者进行急救护理可有效提高抢救效率,改善患者预后,值得临床进一步研究应用。

Impact Study of VIPC Rescue Program for the Prognosis of Patients with Traumatic Shock

Objective： To research VIPC rescue procedures in patients with traumatic shock clinical applied value of emergency care.Method： According to the random grouping method to 32 patients with traumatic shock were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 16 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional first aid nursing mode for clinical emergency treatment and nursing intervention, the observation group was given the VICP rescue nursing intervention program, the first aid of two groups were compared.Result The PaO2 and CVP of observation group were obviously higher than those of control group, PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group, there were statistical significance differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）, complications related to higher than the control group, nursing satisfaction score was lower than the control group, there were statistical significance differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Using VIPC rescue program for emergency care for patients with traumatic shock can effectively improve the efficiency of rescue, improve the prognosis of patients, worthy of clinical application for further research.
