自锁式髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折32例疗效观察

目的：观察自锁式髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法：32例采用自锁式髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折患者为观察组,43例采用加压钢板治疗的肱骨干骨折患者为对照组,将两组的HSS肩关节评分、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、愈合时间、内固定取出手术时间、并发症（医源性神经损伤）发生率作比较分析。结果：观察组的HSS肩关节评分、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、愈合时间、内固定取出手术时间、并发症（医源性神经损伤）发生率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自锁式髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有手术损伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合好、内固定取出容易、并发症少的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Effect of Self-locking Intramedullary Nail in 32 Patients with Shaft of Humerus Fracture

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self-locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of patients with shaft of humerus fracture. Method： 32 patients with shaft of humerus fracture were treated with self-locking intramedullary nail as the observation group, 43 patients with shaft of humerus fracture were treated with compression plate as the control group, then the HSS shoulder score, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, healing time, removal, time of internal fixation, incidence of complication （ Iatrogenic nerve injury ） of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The HSS shoulder score, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, healing time, removal time of internal fixation, incidence of complication （ Iatrogenic nerve injury ） of observation group all had more obvious advantage than those of control group, there were significant difference between the groups （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： The self-locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of shaft of humerus fracture have the advantage of small damage, reliable fixation, well healing, removing of internal fixation easily and lower incidence of complications, so it is worthy of clinical extension and application.
