泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病围手术期护理效果的分析

目的：分析泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理的效果。方法：回顾性分析了2009年7月-2012年8月在本院泌尿外科治疗的泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者82例,将患者随机分成试验组与对照组,对照组实施一般性基础护理,试验组在手术前和手术后均实施了有针对性的护理。结果：试验组发生并发症数12例（29.3%）,对照组发生并发症数23例（56.1%）,试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者护理干预前空腹血糖水平及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）,干预后试验组患者空腹血糖水平及SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：手术前对患者进行心理和饮食护理,控制血糖。手术后加强患者个人卫生,严密监视血糖和各项生命指标,都能降低患者并发症的发生率,控制患者血糖,改善患者焦虑情况,并确保患者早日康复出院。

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Effect for Patients with Urological Diseases and Diabetes

Objective： To analyze urologic diseases in patients with diabetes mellitus effect of perioperative nursing.Method： 82 patients of urological diseases with diabetes mellitus from July 2009 to Ahgust 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given general primary care.And the treatment group was given targeted care before and after surgery.Result： The number of complications in the treatment group was 12 （ 29.3% ） .The number of complications in the control group was 23 （ 56.1% ） .The complication rate in the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05） .The fasting blood glucose level and the SAS value between the two groups had no statistical difference before nursing intervention （ P〈0.05 ） .The fasting blood glucose level and the SAS value of the treatment group were lower than the control group after nursing intervention, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Patients with psychological and dietary care before surgery and strengthened personal hygiene, closely blood glucose and vital indicators monitor after surgery will be recovered successfully.
