摘    要:目的探讨缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防产后出血的疗效。方法选择2011年11月至2012年10月医院收治的自然分娩产妇80例,随机均分为两组。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组采用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗,观察和比较两组第三产程时间、产后30 min和2 h出血量以及不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组第三产程时间明显缩短,产后30 min和2 h出血量明显减少,不良反应发生率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合米索前列醇能减少产后出血量,有效预防产后出血,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of oxytocin combined with misoprostol for preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 80 parturients of spontaneous delivery in our hospital from November 20ll to October 2012 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group used oxytocin and the observation group was treated by oxytocin combined with misoprostol. The time of third stage of labor,postpartum hemorrhage volume at postpartum 30 min and 2 h,and the adverse reactions were observed and compared be- tween the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time of third stage of labor was obviously reduced, the postpartum hemorrhage volumes at postpartum 30 rain and 2 h were significantly decreased, and the incidence of adverse reactions was obviously de- creased in the observation group, difference showing statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol can reduce the postpartum hemorrhage volume and effectively prevent the postpartum henmrrhage,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
