国产复方α-酮酸片用于老年维持性血液透析20例的效果评价

目的观察国产复方α-酮酸(科罗迪)对改善老年维持性血液透析患者营养状况的有效性。方法选择20例老年维持性血液透析营养不良患者,在常规血液透析基础上,治疗组口服科罗迪片,每次4片、每日3次,总观察期6月。分别在治疗开始及6月时检测患者主观综合营养评估(SGA)、人体测量(BMI,TSF,MAC,MAMC,GST)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平。结果治疗前维持性血液透析患者的SGA、人体测量、ALB水平有显著升高(P<0.01),CRP水平有显著下降(P<0.05),PTH有降低趋势但无统计学意义(P>0.05),Kt/V、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血钙变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论科罗迪可有效改善老年维持性血液透析患者的营养状况。

Evaluation on Effects of Domestic Compound Alpha-Keto Acid for Nutritional Status in Elderly Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis in 20 Cases

Objective To observe the effectiveness of domestic Compound Alpha-Keto Acid（KLD） in improving nutritional status in old pa- tients with maintenance hemodialysis, the effectiveness of, its related nutrition index,and other effects. Methods 20 patients with elderly mal- nutrition and maintenance hemodialysis were selected. On the basis of conventional hemodialysis,the treatment group received oral KLD,4 tablets each time,3 times a day,with a total observation period of 6 months. The subjective comprehensive nutrition evaluation（SGA）,human body measurements（BMI, TSF, MAC, MAMC, GST）, serum albumin（ALB）, C -reactive protein（CRP）, cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, blood calcium（Ca）,blood phosphorus（P） and parathyroid hormone（PTH） were detected at the beginning of treatment and in 6-month treatment respectively. Results SGA, human body measurements and ALB level after treatment in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis were significantly elevated（P 〈 0.01）,the CRP level was significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05）,PTH had the decreasing trend,but no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）, Kt/V, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood calcium had no statistically significant differences （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion KLD effectively improves the nutritional status in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
