芬太尼、阿托品、地塞米松复合异丙酚用于无痛人工流产的观察

目的：观察芬太尼、阿托品、地塞米松联合异丙酚用于无痛人工流产的不良反应。方法：80例孕妇随机分为A、B两组,A组以芬太尼0.1 mg＋阿托品0.5 mg＋地塞米松10 mg＋0.9%NS稀释至10 ml,静注0.15 ml/kg;B组将芬太尼0.1 mg,以生理盐水稀释至10 ml,静注0.15 ml/kg。2 min后,各组静注异丙酚1.5 mg/kg,必要时追加异丙酚30~40 mg,并记录术前、术中、术后的MAP、HR、SpO2、RR检测值,以及各药物用量、手术时间、术中体动、苏醒时间、术后不良反应等。结果：与B组比较,A组麻醉中的MAP、HR、SpO2变化较基础值及B组小,不良反应的发生率较低。结论：预注塞米松、阿托品,能有效预防或减少人工流产术中不良反应的发生,且能缩短手术操作时间。

Observation on Dexamethasone,Atropine,Fentanyl in Combination with Propofol for Painless Artifical Abortion

Objective： To assess the effects of atropine, dexamethasone, fentanyl incombination with propofol for painless artifical abortion. Method： 80 earlypregnant women were randomly assigned to group A and group B, 40 cases in each group. Fentanyl 0.1 rag, atropine 0.5 mg, and dexamethasone 10 mg were added into 0.9% Physiological saline to 10 ml, and 0.15 ml/kg was given to the group A, while fentanyl 0.1 mg was added the same volume giving 0.15 ml/kg to the control group. After 2 minutes each group was given propofol （ 1.5 mg/kg ）, propofol （ 30-40 mg ） would be given if it was necessary. MAP, HR, SpO2, RR were recorded at the time of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative. The dosages of narcotics （ dexamethasone, atropine, propofol, and fentanyl ） used, the time of operation, the time of recovery and adverse reaction of the drugs were recorded. Result： Compared with the group B, MAP, HR, SpO2 and adverse reaction of the drugs were lower. Conclusion： Dexamethasone and atropine can prevent the adverse reactions of artifical abortion and shorten the operation time.
