通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效评价简

目的评价通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将符合条件的139例急性脑梗死患者随机分为常规治疗组和通心络治疗组，常规治疗组给予肠溶阿司匹林、他汀类药物等常规治疗，通心络治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。结果治疗4周后，通心络治疗组患者卒中量表评分（NIHSS）明显低于治疗前（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组患者Barthel指数均明显高于治疗前（P均〈0．05）；通心络组患者NIHSS评分及Barthel指数改善程度优于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。通心络治疗组治疗总有效率为88．9％，常规治疗组为56．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；通心络治疗组临床疗效优于常规治疗组（P〈0．05）。无药物不良反应。结论通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切，安全可靠。

Therapeutic effect of tongxinluo capsule on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 139 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：the conventional treatment group and the Tongxinluo treatment group. Routine treatment of enteric coated aspirin and statins was employed in the former group, while Tongxinluo capsule was added on the basis of routine treatment in the latter group. Results In the treatment group, NIHSS score after the treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, Barthel index of the two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment, and the NIHSS score and Barthel index,compared with conventional treatment group, were improved significantly in the Tongxinluo treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the Tongxinluo treatment group was 80.9%, while the conventional treatment group was 56.3% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The clinical curative effect of Tongxinluo treatment group is superior to conventional treatment group. Condusion Tongxinluo capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
