布地奈德联合可必特雾化吸入治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘疗效分析

目的：研究布地奈德联合可必特雾化吸入治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：对52例轻~中度急性发作期哮喘住院患者随机分为治疗组26例,对照组26例。治疗组予布地奈德溶液（1 mg）联合可必特溶液（异丙托溴铵0.5 mg＋沙丁胺醇3 mg）雾化吸入,早晚各1次,同时予口服或静脉抗感染、化痰、解痉、平喘治疗。对照组不予雾化吸入治疗,其余治疗同治疗组。治疗5 d,观察两组治疗前后临床表现及肺功能（FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%、PEF/预计值%）变化情况,观察药物不良反应。如病情进展,必要时予气管插管有创呼吸机辅助呼吸。结果：治疗组与对照组比较,临床症状及肺功能有明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：布地奈德联合可必特溶液雾化吸入治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘疗效明显,值得推广。

Efficacy Analysis of Inhaling Budesonide Combination Combivent in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation Asthma

Objective： To analyze the curative effect of inhalating nebulizion Budesonide with Combivient solution in the treatment of acute exacerbation asthma. Method： 52 patients with mild to moderate acute exacerbation asthma were divided into two groups. The treatment group and the comparison group each had 26 cases. The treatment group was treated with inhalating nebulizion Budesonide （ 1 mg ） with Combivient （ Ipratropium bromide 0.5 mg ＋ Salbutamol 3 mg ） solution twice everyday and routine therapy （ antibiotic treatment, lifting of bronchospasm, and reduce phlegm ） . Comparison group was treated by routine therapy. The experiment lasted 5 days. Clinical symptom, lung function （ FEVI%, FEVI/FVC%, PEF% ） and harmful effect were observed and compared before and after the experiment. Invasive mechanical ventilation was used when necessary. Result： Compared with the comparison group, the treatment group cases＇ clinical symptom and flung function had improved obviously. The differences was statistically significant （P〈0.01） . Conclusion： The combination of Budesonide and Combivient nebulizing solution is effective in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation asthma, worthy of promotion.
