吻合器双荷包吻合法预防食管癌根治术后吻合口狭窄

摘    要:目的探讨吻合器双荷包吻合法预防食管癌根治术后吻合口狭窄的临床效果。方法对80例食管癌根治术食管一胃重建时采用吻合器双荷包吻合法(双荷包组)吻合,并与同期行吻合器常规吻合法吻合的80例(常规组)进行比较,观察2组术后吻合口狭窄发生情况。结果双荷包组术后仅2例发生轻度吻合口狭窄,对照组发生吻合口狭窄8例,其中5例为中一重度狭窄,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论以吻合器双荷包吻合法行食管癌根治术后食管一胃重建操作简单,可有效预防术后的吻合口狭窄。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of double purse-string anastomosis duing stapling anastomosis for the prevention of anastomotic stenosis after radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods 80 paients (double purse string group) with digestive tract reconstruction of esophageal cancer were performed the double purse string anastomosis during stapling anastomosis. 80 cases (control group) were performed conven- tional stapling anastomosis. Preventive effect of two groups were compared. Results Only 2 patients had mild anastomotic stenosis in double purse string group. 8 patients bad anastomotic stricture in control group, inclu- ding 5 cases of moderate and/or severe stricture. There was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Double purse string anastomosis has the advantages of simpleness and efficiency in preventing anastomotic stricture after radical resection of esophageal cancer.
