输液泵和注射泵检测技术探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨输液泵和注射泵的检测技术,为高危设备输液泵和注射泵的使用精准而建立符合国家标准的质量控制方案。方法:利用Lagu1液流分析仪对输液泵、注射泵的流量准确度、阻塞压力的检测方法及结果处理进行讨论,用于建立健全该设备质量控制方案,达到临床安全准确有效的使用。结果:通过对输液泵、注射泵进行质量控制年检,对存在问题的设备进行送修,保证临床的正常使用。结论:检测结果表明,该检测技术可以作为设备验收、质控过程及维修后的参考数据。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss infusion pump and injection pump detection technology and developed the quality control protocol which qualified the national standard for the application of infusion pump and injection pump. Methods: To discuss the detection methods and results of Infusion pump and injection pump’s veracity and pressure by using Lagu1 and develop systematic quality control protocol which qualified clinical security standards. Results: Through annual test of all the infusion pumps and injection pumps from all departments of our hospital, the equipment with quality problems was repaired in order to ensure the clinical use. Conclusion: The test result can be used as a reference during the process of equipment checking, quality control and maintenance.
