妈富隆联合安宫黄体酮治疗青春期功血分析

目的：对比两种方法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血（功血）的效果,以期优化止血和治疗方法。方法：选择本院收治的门诊、住院患者共82例,随机分为治疗组41例和对照组41例,治疗组给予妈富隆联合安宫黄体酮治疗,对照组给予倍美力治疗。比较两组患者间的治疗效果。结果：治疗组在控制出血时间、完全止血时间及住院时间上均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：妈富隆联合安宫黄体酮治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效确切、方便、经济、副作用小,是现阶段应对青春期功血值得选择的治疗方案。

Analysis of Combined Marvelon and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate in the Treatment of Adolescent Functional Bleeding

Objective： To compare two methods in the treatment of adolescent function uterine hemorrhage （ bleeding ） effect, in order to optimize the hemostatie and treatment methods.Method： Chose a total of 82 cases in oar hospital, all patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 41 cases in each group.The treatment group was given marvelon combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate, the control group was given premarin.Two groups were compared between treatment effect.Result： The treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group in controlling the bleeding time, fully hemostatic time and hospital stay, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： Marvelon combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment of adolescent function uterine hemorrhage curative effect is exact, convenient, economical, less side effects, treatment is currently worth choosing to adolescent functional bleeding.
