病理标本管理流程的建立与应用

目的:规范手术切除标本送检工作流程,防止样本错误,确保病理标本质量。方法:建立手术前、手术中和手术后标本全程管理流程,并应用于500例手术切除标本的跟踪处理过程。结果:手术切除标本管理流程合理、准确和高效,500例手术标本无一例送检差错,符合病理诊断要求。结论:建立和实施科学的手术切除标本管理流程,可保护患者利益,有助于提高工作质量和医疗水平。

Establishment and application of pathology specimen management flow

Objective： To standardize the workflow of multiple surgical specimen transfers and hand-offs, to prevent specimen identification errors and ensure the quality of pathology specimens. Methods： Specimen management procedure throughout surgical operation was established, including preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative. The standard management procedure was applied to track specimens in 500 surgical operations. Results： The specimen management procedure of surgical removal is reasonable, accurate and efficient. Five hundred cases of surgical specimens without identification errors, were accord with the biopsy requirements of pathological diagnosis. Conclusion： Establishment and imple-mentation of scientific management system of surgical specimens will protect the interests of patients, improve the quality of work and level of medical treatment.
