超声引导血管内超声溶栓治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症

摘    要:目的:观察彩色多普勒超声显像技术作为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症超声溶栓治疗监视引导手段的可行性。方法:15例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病人行血管内超声溶栓治疗,应用超声显像技术观察全过程,记录超声显像术中所见。结果:超声显像清晰显示下肢动脉血管壁,血栓,硬化斑块与血管内血流动力学状态,动态实时显示溶栓中导管,导丝,溶栓探头等器械的结构,位置及工作状态,可靠监视引导溶栓术的实施。15例患肢闭塞动脉均实现了再通重建。结论:超声显像技术作为血管内超声溶栓术的监视引导手段是可行的。

Abstract:To observe the feasibility of ultrasonography as guide of ultrasound thrombolysis for treating lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods: Fifteen cases of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans were treated with intravascular ultrasound thrombolysis.The whole processes were guided by ultrasonography.Results: Ultrasonography clearly showed the walls of the arteries,thrombus,artheromatous plaques and blood flow dynamics.It also showed on real time the structures,positions and work states of the catheter,guide wire and thromboltic probe during manipulation.It provided reliable surveillance and guide of ultrasound thrombolysis.All the obliterated arteries of the patients were successfully recanalized.Conclusion: Ultrasonography is a feasible means for surveillance and guide of intravascular ultraound theombolysis.
