步长稳心颗粒联合米氮平片治疗抑郁状态95例临床观察

目的观察步长稳心颗粒联合米氮平片治疗抑郁状态的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法将95例抑郁状态患者随机分为2组,治疗组48例予步长稳心颗粒联合米氮平片治疗;对照组47例仅予米氮平片治疗。2组分别治疗4周及8周后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分,观察2组治疗前后评分及减分率变化,以及治疗后副反应量表（TESS）评分变化,评定步长稳心颗粒治疗抑郁状态患者的临床疗效。结果 2组治疗4周及8周后HAMD评分均降低,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗4周及8周后与对照组HAMD评分同期比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗8周后治疗组总有效率95.83%,对照组总有效率82.97%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗8周后TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论步长稳心颗粒可明显改善抑郁状态患者的情绪障碍和躯体症状,且副反应少,具有很好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of Buchangwenxin granule combined with mirtazapine tablets on depressive state

Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Buchangwenxin granule combined with mirtazapine tablets on depressive state.Methods 95 cases of depressive state were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients in treatment group were treated by Buchangwenxin granule combined with mirtazapine tablets.47 cases in control group were treated by mirtazapine tablets.HAMD score was carried on in two groups after four and eight weeks.The changes of HAMD score,reduced rate and TESS score before and after treatment were observed for evaluating clinical effect.Results HAMD scores after four and eight weeks of treatment were reduced in comparison with those before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on HAMD score after four and eight weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group（95.83%） was higher than that in control group（82.97%,P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on TESS score after eight weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buchangwenxin granule can significantly improve mood disorders and somatic symptoms of patients with depressive state,and has fewer side effects and good clinical efficacy.
