平衡针结合传统毫针针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病42例临床观察

目的观察平衡针结合传统毫针针剌对神经根型颈椎病患者临床症状的影响及疗效。方法将80例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为2组，对照组38例予传统毫针针刺治疗，治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上加平衡针治疗，2组均10d为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。采用颈椎病临床评价量表（CASCS）评定2组治疗前后症状、体征和功能变化情况。统计临床疗效。结果2组治疗后CASCS评分与本组治疗前比较均明显提高（P〈0．01），且治疗组高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率95．24％，对照组总有效率73．68％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论平衡针结合传统毫针针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病可明显缓解疼痛，改善临床症状，疗效确切。

Treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by balance acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture needle

Objective To observe the effect of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by balance acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture needle. Methods 80 cases of cervical spondylotic ra- diculopathy were divided into two groups. Control group received traditional acupuncture needle. Treatment group re- ceived balance acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture needle. The therapeutic course was ten days in two groups. The changes of symptoms, signs and function before and after treatment were evaluated by CASCS. The clini- cal effect was analyzed. Results CASCS score after treatment was obviously increased as compared with that before treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）, and CASCS score in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate in treatment group （95.24%） was superior to that in control group （73.68%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Balance acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture needle can visibly relieve pain, improve clinical symptoms and has a definite effect.
