| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅脑损伤脑性盐耗损综合征（CSWS）的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析重型脑损伤后发生脑性盐耗综合征46例的临床资料，通过其临床表现及实验室指标明确诊断，确定有效的治疗方法。结果：低血钠症状均恢复。结论：低血钠、高尿钠、低血容量及意识状态改变是脑性盐耗综合征的诊断依据。应补给充足水、盐。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clincial features and treatment for the cerebral salt wasting syndrome(CSWS) after cerebral trauma.Methods:Based on clinical presentation and laboratory results,23 cases of CSWS after serious cerebral injury were analyzed retrospectively and the effective therapy was provided.Results:All cases were cured.Conclusion:Hyponatremia,hypernatruria,hyprovolemia and changes of consciousness aremain sings to diagnose CSWS,it should be treated with enough water and salt,according to the level... |
