| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PIK3CA mRNA表达水平与胃癌细胞分化及侵袭力相关性.方法 RT-PCR和Transwell侵袭小室法分别检测三种不同分化胃癌细胞中PIK3CA mRNA表达水平及侵袭力大小.结果 PIK3CA基因表达水平越高,细胞分化程度越低,细胞侵袭力越强.结论 PIK3CA mRNA 表达水平与胃癌细胞的分化程度、侵袭力密切相关;PIK3CA基因可能参与了胃癌的分化、浸润及转移,是较好的干预治疗的靶点.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of PIK3CA gene with differentiation and invasioness of gastric cancer cells. Methods RT - PCR and Transwell invasion chamber were separately used to analyze PIK3CA mRNA expression and invasiveness of three different differentiated gastric cancer cells. Results When the level of PIK3CA expression was higher, the level of cell differentiation was lower and cell invasiveness was stronger. Conclusion PIK3CA mRNA expression level was closely associated with differentiation and invasion of gastric cancer cells in vitro;PIK3CA may play an important role in cell differentiation, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and is a better target for therapy. |
