摘    要:目的 探讨图像融合影响因素及融合成像对诊断脑肿瘤的临床价值。方法 对 3 9例脑肿瘤患者2 0 1Tl SPECT和增强MR图像进行融合成像处理。结果 融合成像精度影响因素包括 :体位、解剖位置融合时基准的选择是否正确、MRI矢状面视野的大小以及SPECT彩色窗的调节。融合成像可以同定2 0 1Tl集聚部位、明确2 0 1Tl在肿瘤内集聚位置、鉴别集聚灶性质以及确认小病灶 ,对 2 8.2 % ( 11/3 9)病例诊断有帮助。结论 2 0 1Tl SPECT和MRI融合成像可提高脑肿瘤的诊断精度 ,有助于确定活检部位

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore influencing factors of fusion images, and to evaluate the clinical value of fusion images in brain tumors by superimposing Thallium 201 single photon emission tomography ( 201 Tl SPECT) on enhanced MR imaging. MethodsSuperimposition of 201 Tl SPECT and enhanced MR imaging was performed without the use of external markers in 39 patients with brain tumors. The workstation was Silicon Graphics Indy R 5000. Dr.View Release 4.0 sofeware was applied for image processing. ResultsThe influencing factors of imaging accuracy were as follows: postural slant, reference plane choice of anatomical position fusion, field of view (FOV) with MR images, and control of color window of 201 Tl SPECT. The superimposed images produced accurate localization of abnormal 201 Tl accumulation sites, determined 201 Tl positive sites in tumor, distinguished tumor from normal pituitary and confirmed small focus. The fusion images were necessary in 28.2% patients with brain tumors because the accurate sites of 201 Tl accumulation and clinical diagnosis were not defined without the superimposed technique. ConclusionSuperimposition of 201 Tl SPECT and enhanced MR imaging probably increases the diagnostic precision of brain tumor. It is useful to biopsy localization of brain tumor.
