| 摘 要： | 目的：比较两种种植体周围炎非手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择44例种植体周围炎患者（44枚种植体），随机分组，分别进行树脂洁治和超声洁治，分别在基线、4周和8周时测龈沟出血指数、探诊深度和最深探诊深度，进行统计学分析。结果：两种治疗方法均可明显改善牙龈出血，但不能改善探诊深度和最深探珍深度。结论：树脂洁治和超声洁治对种植体周围炎的治疗仅为有限效果。
