摘    要:目的:评价碳化硅/胶原复合膜对大鼠颅骨缺损修复的作用。方法:将碳化硅与胶原膜复合,在大鼠颅骨制备直径5mm的骨缺损,分别给予双侧覆盖复合膜、外侧覆盖复合膜,外侧覆盖胶原膜作为空白对照。于术后4周,取标本进行常规组织学观察。结果:覆盖复合膜的缺损区新生骨面积明显高于覆盖胶原膜的缺损对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:胶原膜与碳化硅的复合物不但具有机械性的阻挡作用,而且具有骨诱导性,可加速骨愈合。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of the experimental study was to evaluate the effect of sic incorporated membrane (SIM) in repairing skull trephined defects in rats. Method: Sic incorporated membrane was repared.Inorder to make the GTR animal model.Three 5mm trephined defects was made in the skull of each rat.Three defects were processed in different ways respectively: ①covered by SIM on the dura and the perierania defect;②eovered by SIM on the pericrania defect only;③eovered by collagen membrane on the pericrania;④filled with autogenous blood only as control.The defect sites were studied histologically in 4 weeks after operation. Result: The histomorphometric analysis showed significantly more bone bridging area in SIM defects than that in membrane defects and control defects (P 〈0.01).And there was significantly more bone bridging area in biSIM defects than that in unilateral SIM defects (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: SIM-incorporated membrane (SIM) was an ideal GTR membrane to have mechanical barrier and have potential osteoinduction.
