摘    要:目的探讨多普勒组织成像(DTI)评价甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病(甲亢性心脏病)左室舒缩功能。方法研究对象为25例甲亢性心脏病患者和20例正常人(对照组)。采用传统超声心动图测量每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(EF)以及二尖瓣血流频谱E/A比值;DTI分析二尖瓣环各点的收缩期峰值速度(Sa)、舒张早期峰值速度(Ea)、舒张晚期峰值速度(Aa)。结果甲亢性心脏病患者与健康人比较,LVEF、Sa差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E/A明显降低(P<0.05),SV、CO、Ea、Ea/Aa显著降低(P<0.01)。结论脉冲DTI可定量分析甲亢性心脏病患者左室舒缩功能,为合理治疗提供新的依据。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the function of doppler tissue imaging(DTI)in evaluating the left ventricular function in thyrotoxic heart disease.Methods The subjects consisted of 25 patients with thyrotoxic heart disease and 20 matched normal controls.Stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)and valva mitralis prlsed-wave rate of E/A were measured by traditional echocardiographic.The peak value of mitral annular systolic velocity(Sa),early diastolic velocity(Ea),late diastolic velocity(Aa)were analyzed by DTI.Results The comparison between the patients in thyrotoxic heart disease and the normal controls displayed that the difference of LVEF and Sa are not significant(P>0.05);the patients' E/A were obviously lower than the normal(P<0.05),and the patients' SV,CO,Ea,Ea/Aa were significantly lower than the normal(P<0.01).Conclusion DTI can be used to quantitatively analyze left ventricular function of patients with thyrotoxic heart disease,and then provide new evidence to reasonable treatment
