克林霉素致不良反应的分析

目的探讨克林霉素的不良反应发生规律及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对最近5年来国内102篇克林霉素致不良反应文献报道进行整理,分类统计和分析。就不良反应的临床表现、严重不良反应发生的机制以及克林霉素临床用药的安全性进行分析探讨。结果有139例147次不良反应,病例涉及12个器官或系统损害,前3位依次是过敏反应、泌尿系统损害和神经系统损害。结论临床应重视克林霉素引起的严重的不良反应,严格适应证,了解患者既往过敏史及合并用药的品种等;应防止剂量过大,静脉滴速过快和疗程过长,同时在用药过程应中加强监护。
